AXIONIK Engineering Studio

Build the next generation of
social technology in India.

We are an ambitious, engineering-led software studio architecting scalable, privacy-first social systems. No corporate bureaucracy—just clean code, real product impact, and serious technical mentorship.

Direct Production Impact

Every line of code you write ships to real production infrastructure used by users across India. You will work on real databases, live video players, and high-concurrency WebSocket channels.

🧠

Foundational Systems Craft

We prioritize core software engineering principles over framework fads: PostgreSQL query optimization, client-side caching, memory leaks debugging, and high-performance UI engines.

🌐

Remote-First & Async

We value deep work and written documentation over endless video meetings. Work from anywhere in India with autonomous schedule management and outcome-focused evaluation.
