Technical Implementation & Architecture
The FriendsBook messenger runs on an event-driven Node.js & Redis socket backplane engineered by Akshat Sharma under AXIONIK.
Cryptographic Handshake: Each WebSocket connection is authenticated using rotating session tokens passed during connection initiation. Unauthorized socket attempts are dropped at the edge gateway.
Media Sharing: Photos and voice audio messages are encrypted during transmission, stripped of geolocation EXIF metadata, and delivered directly to the authorized recipient.
Universal Access: Accessible from any modern browser without heavy native app installations through the FriendsBook Progressive Web App.
