AXIONIK Corporate Governance & Terms

These Terms of Service and Engineering Governance govern the software platforms, APIs, codebases, and digital assets developed, maintained, and operated by AXIONIK Technologies, founded by Chief Executive Officer Akshat Sharma in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.

1. Corporate Identity & Product Ownership

AXIONIK is an independent software development studio and legal operating entity. FriendsBook (accessible via https://friendsbook.co.in) is AXIONIK's flagship consumer social networking platform. All underlying proprietary algorithms, UI designs, relational data schemas, and trademark assets associated with FriendsBook are owned exclusively by AXIONIK.

2. Software & Intellectual Property Licensing

All custom stylesheets, client applications, server gateways, and algorithms provided through AXIONIK services are protected under Indian copyright law and international intellectual property treaties. Users and developers are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platforms strictly in accordance with these Terms.

Reverse engineering, unauthorized scraping, decompilation, or unauthorized replication of AXIONIK source code, real-time message routing brokers, or database schemas is strictly prohibited.

3. Gateways & API Usage Standards

Developers and authorized client nodes interfacing with AXIONIK gateways (including WebSockets, HTTP REST APIs, and telemetry collectors) must adhere to published rate limits. Excessive querying, distributed denial-of-service attempts, or automated bot flooding will result in immediate IP-level revocation.

4. Data Governance & Zero-Tracking Standards

AXIONIK mandates that all software products under its supervision comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 and Information Technology Act 2000 of India. User data is never sold to external commercial brokers. Automatic EXIF metadata scrubbing is enforced across all media processing nodes.

5. Availability & Service Continuity

While AXIONIK targets high availability and resilient multi-node operations for FriendsBook and connected APIs, platforms are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Planned maintenance windows are scheduled during low-traffic periods and communicated transparently.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, AXIONIK Technologies, its founder Akshat Sharma, and affiliated engineers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, communication delays, or third-party network failures.

7. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to AXIONIK Technologies or FriendsBook shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The courts of competent jurisdiction in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all claims.
